I loved that the hotel was a short walk from Playa La Audiencia, where I enjoyed the scenic views. The nearby Quinnes park was perfect for leisurely strolls surrounded by nature, which really brought my city exploration to life.

Facilities need serious upgrades in cleanliness and maintenance!!! The trek to the beach is a hassle, and dining setup lacks comfort and ambiance!!! Consider better poolside seating options for guest convenience!!!

It was a decent option for a weekend vacation in Manzanillo with excellent value for money. The upper pool was clean and quiet, making it a great spot to relax and enjoy drinks. Bring cash since they don't accept credit cards.

I was pleasantly surprised by my stay! The food was amazing, especially the breakfast with fresh tropical fruits. The variety for dinner was great too! I also really appreciated the spacious and clean room, which made my stay very comfortable. I would definitely return!

We had a lovely time at this place, the staff were kind and went above and beyond. One evening, we got a surprise when they set up a little romantic table for dinner at the beach, just for us.

It wasn't cheap, but I guess you get what you pay for.

I enjoyed the daily-cleaned rooms with fresh sheets. The food was mostly authentic Mexican, which I loved, especially the fresh fruits and meats. The breakfast buffet next to the pool had great service, but the plastic plates looked old. My room felt shabby, with cracked tiles in the shower and stained countertops, but it was functional. The beach bar was limited. you had to walk for drinks, and the menu was basic. The pool became overcrowded with kids, and the loud music made it hard to relax. Dinner outside lacked comfort due to folding tables and chairs. Walking to higher rooms for a view was hard in the heat, especially with outdated, noisy A/C. The mattresses felt like sleeping on concrete. they were far too hard. While I had a great time overall, the uncomfortable sleep challenge was too much to overlook. If they improved the rooms and beds, I’d consider returning.

More shaded areas by the pool would be nice.
